It's nice to see you again in this blog community. These last two months, I found it difficult to write every weekend because I was busy with the papers I needed to prepare to get married. It took my time and consumed my soul emotionally because it's a cross-culture marriage. My husband is an Italo - Egito. Half Italian and half Egyptian. His papers were spread in those two countries so we needed to collect them all and even renewed some of them. Since it was pandemic, he could not fly himself so we needed to ask help from an attorney to taking care of his documents.
With that stuff and also the fact that I have to adjust to my new job, it's totally impossible to manage my time well. Mostly, at the end of the week, I have to sort out all the things myself and finish my works. Thank God, now after the marriage and after one term, I start to notice the flow at my new work. So, I can establish a new routine.
I screwed my mind a lot since July. I ignored my health as well (we all know the gym has been closed because of PPKM level 4). I stop moving, stop exercising, stop taking care of my skin as well so that I gained weight by about 8kg. Now I am 78kg. Just in two months.
One day, when my husband woke up earlier than me, he made me a cup of coffee and teased me "Wow...you are on the way to be like the Michelin man". I know he was just kidding me and he never complained about my body, but then I was thinking that what he said was true. I looked at myself in the mirror and I could see a mess there. My hair looked so bad. It has been cut by a lady who didn't know how to cut it. My skin was dull because I skipped the massage for a couple of weeks. What is Glutathione? Glutathione is a whitening agent, a superhero antioxidant that has the ability to lighten the skin. How about Vitamin - E? This vitamin is needed to moist the skin and give nutrition to it. Feeding the skin with these two agents will glow it and....we are all chasing the glow, aren't we?
